The process for manufacturing powdered Aloe Vera products enables us to provide the consumer with a powdered Aloe product that, when reconstituted, has a longer shelf-life than fresh Aloe juice, without sacrificing flavor.

Aloe Plus raw material Aloe products are certified by the International Aloe Science Council for content and purity, and are made by patented, proprietary methods. Our powdered Aloe Vera products have superior freshness characteristics when reconstituted than fresh Aloe Vera juice processed and shipped directly to finished product facilities. Aloe can be stabilized indefinitely as a dry powder without preservatives and still retain the nutritional and sensory characteristics of fresh juice.

Processing Methods

Our revolutionary manufacturing process is not a single step in the process, or a single piece of manufacturing equipment, but is a synergy of scientifically developed processes designed to retain a higher degree of product freshness and biological activity than any other production method in use today. Freshness was a key goal in the development of this process, but freshness had to be combined with the retention of biological activity in order to fully achieve the goal.

Aloe manufactured by this process combines the following:

• A Process for the Preparation of Immunomodulatory Polysaccharides from Aloe
• Proprietary Rapid High-Throughput Processes (RHTP)
• A patented Low Temperature Short Time (LTST) drying process that has been proven to retain heat-sensitive nutritional and functional Aloe components.
