#10 Scars-Adhesions is used for any kind of scar or fibrous adhesion-type discomfort.

Some of the direct physical indicators for this remedy are conditions associated with joint-type problems (such as the knee, shoulder, etc.), general strain/sprains, itching scars, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, or pressure, tightness, or pulling sensations in internal organs.

In most cases, #10 Scars-Adhesions can be applied directly to the skin, as well as taken orally.

General Dosage and Frequency:
The typical dosage for the liquid formulas is two full droppers, three times a day. Formulas are best utilized when held in the mouth for approximately 30 seconds before swallowing. Dosage may be administered directly from the eyedropper into the mouth or by adding to a small amount of water.
